SHIPPING

AUSTRALIA: We post using Australia Post Express Post in HERO Packaging compostable mailers* to allow us to trace parcels and to get your mr willo goodies to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery after your parcel has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be posted the next business day. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of any return postage. Please contact us via email prior to return of any item/s.

**Please Note: Locations outside major centres may require an extra day for delivery. Very remote regional locations may take longer.

INTERNATIONAL: Due to the unique handmade nature of our pieces and to ensure the security of your purchase, for international deliveries, we use Australia Post Registered Post International. Once processed, orders will be sent within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Arrival times are dependent on your location, but it generally takes between 7-14 business days. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.

**Please Note: We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us at [email protected] if your order does not arrive within the specified time and we will follow it up immediately. If your package is large or heavy you may incur extra shipping charges.

If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch via email at [email protected] where we will be more than happy to work together to find a solution. As a small handmade label we take a lot of pride in our work and want you to love your pieces.
